How to make logic gate Project For Class 12 students.

Aim:-
To make three logic gate OR, AND, &  NOT gate. 

Requirements :-
Logic gate project. 
  1. Switch on-off = 2p
  2. Switch push = 5p
  3. LED = 8p
  4. Diode = 2p
  5. Transistor BC546 = 3p
  6. Resistance
  • 220 ohm = 5p
  • 180 ohm  = 2p
  • 10k ohm = 2p
  • 15k ohm = 1p
Circuit diagram:-

1) OR GATE.
2)AND GATE. 

3)NOT GATE.
